# Paypal Legacy

PayPal Legacy will help you easily payout directly using your PayPal credentials generated for WPRelay payout.

### To enable PayPal Legacy, <a href="#to-enable-paypal-classic" id="to-enable-paypal-classic"></a>

1. Navigate from the WPRelay dashboard -> Settings -> Payments
2. Under the PayPal Classic section, toggle the button near the PayPal Classic tab to enable the same

### Set Up PayPal Legacy, <a href="#set-up-paypal-classic" id="set-up-paypal-classic"></a>

1. Log in to your [PayPal account](https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup/#/checkAccount)
2. Go to Account Settings -> Account Access -> API Access (click Update)

3. Select NVP/SOAP API Integration (Legacy)

4. Copy the API Username, API Password, and Signature

5. Paste the API Username, API Password, and Signature in WPRelay
6. Click Save
7. Copy the IPN webhook URL from WPRelay
8. In PayPal, go to Account Settings -> Notification
9. Click update near Instant payment notifications

10. Copy the Notification URL and Enable Recieve IPN messages
11. Click save

Now, you are ready to use PayPal classic

**Step 3: Payout with PayPal**

To payout rewards using PayPal:

1. Go to Dashboard -> Payouts
2. Click the Pay button beside the affiliate name

3. In the Pay Affiliate dialog box, enter the amount to be redeemed as a gift card
4. Select PayPal&#x20;
5. Check the details and approve tick-box
6. Click Next

7. Click Pay to complete the process
